Reading

Sorry I’ve been so remiss in keeping you updated on my reading. Life has a way of getting ahead of you. At least that’s my excuse.

The YA (great for mid-grades, too) I recently finished reading is “Moon Over Manifest” by Clare Vanderpool. This was a tough and tender story of a young girl (13-ish) who felt sort deserted by her father. She made friends in a small, down-trodden town and learned even more about life and its real values.
